There are like.....several scenarios for this.
Quatre embarrassed after suggesting something/Dorothy has tricked the pilot into: a hotel, a movie, a shop or they are just casuallly passing by.

The truth is I just wanted to draw Dorothy playfully pushing dear Quatre away hahaha
